The community is open and that is how we learn from each other
Siphenkosi currently lives in Strand, a city fifty kilometers from Cape Town. He used to live in Eastern Cape. He followed his brothers to finish school at the Western cape. The big difference between the eastern and western cape, is the fact that there are no resources to start a company at the eastern cape. The western cape provides a lot of job opportunities and resources to start your own company. Siphenkosi lives in a neighborhood with a good community feeling. The thing he likes about Strand is that a lot of people play sports and party; there is a really nice vibe in the weekend. Everybody connects with each other, the community is open and they learn things from each other. Nobody will say you don’t belong at Strand. But not all the places are the same; some places push the foreign guys away. Siphenkosi thinks it is wrong to push people away, because we are all human. So he would love to change that attitude. Besides that, he thinks it is important to give the youth the opportunity to start their own thing, with the help of the community instead of that they have to move to foreign countries.
